SHRADHA (Supportive Holistic Reinforcement and Development for Human Advancement) a pioneering digital initiative envisioned to transform Pattambi into India’s first Learning Constituency, aligning with the values of inclusive education, mental wellness, and community development.

The SHRADHA platform not only serves as a public dashboard of constituency development activities but also facilitates real-time engagement between citizens and their elected representative. It acts as a bridge between learning, governance, and participatory development.

SHRADHA (www.shradhaonline.org) is a comprehensive people-centric platform integrating the most progressive initiatives currently underway in the Pattambi Legislative Assembly. These include:

• Vayanashalakal Janakeeya Sarvakalashalakalakunu: A democratic learning movement being coordinated in association with the Library Council – Pattambi Unit, involving 53 libraries across the constituency to foster skill development.
• ManasaMitra: A structured mental health programme developed in partnership with SCOLE Kerala, training interns and school counsellors benefitting students across Pattambi Legislative Assembly.
• Free Entrance Coaching @ SHRADHA: Offering high-quality, cost-free coaching for Medical, Engineering, and Civil Services aspirants, open to all interested students across socio-economic backgrounds.
• Young Talent Search: A talent identification and support programme to nurture and guide exceptional students across disciplines.
